Scan the printed barcode with TicketCreator with BarcodeChecker

After creating the event ticket with TicketCreator, when choosing to create the event at the selected location, click the Barcodes option. After printing the ticket, click on Events - Save BarcodeChecker file to create a BarcodeChecker file for the event.

Create a new BarcodeChecker file or open an existing file to start the scanning process

If using a computer to scan, copy the BarcodeChecker file to the computer, open the BarcodeChecker software, click Scan and open the created BarcodeChecker file.

If using multiple computers, copy the BarcodeChecker file to the server and all machines in the system. After opening the BarcodeChecker software on the server, click Scan, open the BarcodeChecker file and connect the remaining machines to the server.

If using a smartphone to scan, copy the BarcodeChecker file to the server, open the BarcodeChecker software on that machine and click Start Server and then open the BarcodeChecker file. The next step is to start opening the BarcodeChecker application on your phone and connect to the server.

Scan barcodes from other sources (Excel file or guest list .)

First create an Excel file with barcodes, containing the name and type of ticket. The name will be displayed when the ticket is scanned and the ticket type can help limit access (for example, only a VIP ticket can enter 1). If your Excel file does not have a barcode (for example, the name of the person invited), you can create the code yourself (select Extras, then select Create barcode list ) and paste it into Excel file.
