DNAI.LIS for Android

DNAI.LIS allows people to look up land information, land use status, planning information about land plots to know quickly. DNAI.LIS was built free of charge by the Information Technology Center (Department of Natural Resources and Environment) in order to serve the people, so people are completely assured.

Now, just holding a smartphone running iOS or Android, you can easily look up land information without having to go directly to the People's Committee of the commune or ward to see.

How to use DNAI.LIS software

Step 1: Log in to the DNAI.LIS software.

Step 2: Select the administrative unit (District, Bien Hoa City or Long Khanh Town) where the land parcel you want to find out.

Step 3: Select the map of ward, commune and village.

Step 4: If you want to know the land parcel where you are standing, click on the navigation icon on the screen. Immediately the software will automatically determine the location of the parcel, and then display information on the number of sheets, parcel number and area for you to see.

Step 5: For more detailed information, click the (i) icon .

Note: When accessing this software, normal users only get more information about soil type, soil condition (whether or not a certificate has been issued). The management object will be provided with specific information, including: Transaction history of the land parcel, properties attached to the land, planning information, origin of use .

With DNAI.LIS, people easily look up information on land use planning, convenient for buying and selling real estate, avoiding fraud.
