Exportizer - Free database export software

Export databases to multiple formats, edit and manage easily with free Exportizer software.

Exportizer includes 3 versions: Exportizer, Exportizer Pro and Exportizer Enterprise , each with its own functions. But all three versions support browsing, editing and exporting data to files (supported formats may vary by version), clipboard or printer. In addition, Exportizer Pro and Exportizer Enterprise also support exporting data to the same or different database.

Supported source data types:

• Internal file databases like Paradox (.db), dBase (.dbf), FoxPro (.dbf), text, CSV or XML (with some limitations).
• ODBC data source (Pro, Enterprise version)
• File multiple tables like MS Excel (.xls, .xlsx, .xlsmb, .xlsm), HTML (.html, .htm) (Pro, Enterprise).
• Multi-table file databases such as Visual FoxPro (.dbc), MS Access (.mdb, .accdb), Interbase (.gdb, .ib), Firebird (.fdb), SQLite (Enterprise edition).
• The database is handled by the ADO connection string (Enterprise edition).
• Oracle, SQL Server, Postgresql, DB2, Informix, Advantage Database Server, SQL Anywhere, MySQL databases (Enterprise edition).

Supported data types:

• File formats such as text, CSV, XLS, RTF, XML, HTML, PDF, DBF, SLK, SQL scripts (with INSERT, UPDATE, MERGE or DELETE statements).
• Other file formats such as XLSX or JSON (Pro, Enterprise versions).
• ODBC data source (Pro, Enterprise version)
• Relevant database of any type of support source (see list on the side - Enterprise edition).
• Any file from the BLOB and CLOB column databases (see below - Pro, Enterprise version).

For example, in Exportizer , you can export dbf to txt, csv to dbf, Paradox to xls and create some other data conversion. Besides, in the Exportizer Pro or Exportizer Enterprise, you can export DB2 to xlsx, SQLite to dBase, Access to HTML, Excel to Access, convert Interbase to SQL Server, FDB to Excel, Oracle to PostgreSQL .

Exportizer displays data in an improved database grid, allowing the most convenient viewing and processing of data, including filtering by click column headers, changing the height of columns, resizing columns, using single view .

Export multiple tables:

With Exportizer Enterprise for businesses, we can export multiple database tables during data export.

• By default, the table is exported to the target location one by one.
• For some target formats such as HTML, XLSX or related databases, it is possible to export several tables to a target table or target file (Enterprise version).

Export BLOB and database image:

• The tool automatically detects the most popular images (JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP, ICO) in the BLOB field and exports them, for example to HTML or PDF. During this process, you can convert BLOB images to other image formats (Pro and Enterprise versions).
• In general, any BLOB / CLOB data can be exported to individual, binary or text files in a single export step. For example, you can change the format (convert bitmaps from BLOB to .png files) (Pro and Enterprise versions).

Use the calculated fields:

Exportizer allows you to determine the source-to-destination field diagram of a data export session. In the source section, you can use a physical field from the source database or a separate calculated field (real calculation equation) (Pro and Enterprise versions).

Export data from the command line:

All authorized data export operations will be performed via the program interface or from the command line. Using the command line, users are allowed to automate data export operations. Command line mode is very useful for developers, allowing them to launch Exportizer from developing software.

One of the great features is the use of the executable file (action file). The action file contains a set of command line options for exporting the database. This is a flexible, convenient solution for automatic data export.

You can easily build a basic command line or action file directly from the GUI. Both the command line and the action file have environment variables, which allow you to reuse the command line or action file for both different data sources and targets.
