HDDScan

HDDScan is a free HDD diagnostic and testing utility for computers. In addition to diagnosing hard drives, HDDScan also supports checking the status of server RAID Arrays, USB and SSD.

This program can check storage devices for errors ( Bad-block and Bad sector errors ), display SMART attributes and change some hard drive parameters such as AAM, APM .

• USB pen (only supports Surface Test).
