The whole country is working together to combat the Covid-19 pandemic, so the National Steering Committee for the Prevention of Epidemic pneumonia of Covid-19 proposes a public health declaration. The National Steering Committee against Covid-19 will coordinate with the Ministry of Information and Communications, the Ministry of Health, Vietnam Social Insurance and the information technology units assigned to urgently complete the plan and tools to delay.
