Note:

• The new electronic trading system follows Decision 595 and does not need to obtain a file number.
• Form TK1-TS 595 must complete the household member appendix (26th column).
• The date format is in US format and has the format MM / dd / yyyy.
• The name of the file attached for digital signature must not have Vietnamese accents, it is recommended that the shortest possible.

Instructions to upgrade social insurance to version 4.0

Method 1:

Go to System or Help , select Update new version. Then press Perform software will automatically upgrade to version 4.0.

Method 2:

Download the KBHXH 4.0 application upgrade file, then extract it. If you already have multiple update files, then rename as the image below to run, because if the same name will notify the file has been updated already.

Then, run the file, the software will be upgraded to version 4.0 social insurance.

Note: Before updating the new version of social insurance, remember to turn off the running software of social insurance.
