Mailer Lite for iOS

Mailer Lite for iOS is a free and smart email management application on iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch.

Mailer Lite supports newsletter, group mailing with attachments, templates, HTML and CSS.

Mailer Lite is a suite of multi-tools to send email, including:

• Send an attachment (for example, a PDF file, a photo .)
• Send Email as a group
• Create and organize Email templates HTML rich text (rich text format)
• Manage and add attachments directly on your device (e.g. download from Dropbox - requires free Dropbox app)
• Create a template to send the contents of the clipboard to the specified recipient with just two touches

Mailer Lite has the ability to replace applications such as vCard Mailer App, Group Mail App, HTML Mail App, Attachment Mail App, Clipboard Mail App . - 5 applications in one.

Templates may contain placeholders. From the template, Mailer Lite will quickly create an Email to an individual or a group of people through the distribution list. When creating an email, Mailer Lite will replace the entire placeholder with the corresponding data. Examples include:

• Current content of clipboard (business cards aka)
• Data from an item in the phone book content of the mail recipient (for example, full name)

Some use cases for this application:

• Send a personalized newsletter or brochure with the attached files
• Send personalized greeting cards on Christmas or New Year
• Send personalized information to a group of people participating in an event: for example, a meeting .
• Use the 'Notes' section of the recipient's phone book content to store information (for example, points earned from a test) and automatically attach these notes to the generated Email.
• Mailer Lite application is useful even without personalization: this tool allows to maintain and organize a set of HTML Email templates

Note: this is the Lite version of the Mailer application. This tool is fully functional. However, the Lite version will display a message at the bottom of each generated message. The full version does not display this message.

Detailed description:

With Mailer Lite, users can create an Email template containing specific placeholders (for example, for the name of the recipient). The user can then create a recipient list. For each recipient, Mailer Lite will replace the placeholder with the corresponding value from the recipient's phone book and create a personalized Email for each of these recipients.

Key features of the Mailer Lite application:

• Placeholder portion of the recipient's phone book data: for each recipient, Mailer Lite creates a template and replaces any placeholder with the corresponding value from the recipient's phone book. Note: users do not need to manually enter these placeholders but can choose from the list available
• Stylized font template (HTML): the template can be in HTML form and the generated letter will be sent as HTML letter. The template editor will provide a list of selectors to easily enter the most popular HTML tags, such as bold, italic, etc.
• Organize templates: users can organize individual templates into groups. To create a group or edit its name and order, click the 'Group' button in the template list. Users can only delete this group when it is empty. When editing a group with items, it may occur that it is impossible to move a row above the last row. So users can add a fake at the end of the list
• Attachments: Mailer Lite supports sending attachments (only applies to templates with users that define SMTP accounts). The attachments will be managed in the document storage section of Mailer Lite. Users add documents to use as attachments via iTunes or download directly. For example, adding a file from Dropbox to Mailer Lite is very easy by creating a Dropbox path in Dropbox, switching to the Mailer Lite application, selecting Add Attachment and clicking Download
• Send Queue and SMTP accounts: a template can be set to use specific SMTP accounts. In this case the mail will be sent without user interaction (fast). In multitasking devices, the waiting list will be processed on the desktop

Note: Mailer Lite can use the Contact group. To manage these groups, users can use the phone book on Mac and sync via iTunes or use an application like Contact Grouper.
