Quip for Android

Quip for Android 5.4.13 is a modern word processor that allows users to create beautiful data on any device - phone, tablet, computer. It combines data and messaging into one stream of instant messaging updates - making collaboration simpler.

Take notes, organize your to-do list, and collaborate within businesses. Share folders to organize projects at home or work. All features work well when offline, synchronized anytime with an internet connection again.

Main function:

• Cross-platform: Quip can work on desktop (PC and Mac), iOS (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch), and Android. No matter where you are or what device you are using, you can still use Quip.
• Edit together: With Quip, everyone can edit the same version of data at the same time. There will be only one data and a stream showing the entire history of that data through changes, instead of a group of attachments with a title that treats the reader.
• Integrated messaging: Quip combines data and messaging into a single update stream. Users can discuss the data they are editing directly in the stream without having to switch back and forth between emails and talk, all messages will display in real time. Quip's home screen has a mailbox, allowing users to easily view data that has been shared with others, as well as new edits and messages.
• Diffs: Diffs are simply representations of data edits. Diffs will be added to the stream each time the data is edited, showing what was changed, who did it and when they did it. When someone edits the data, diffs will make it easy for users to update it without having to read the entire data again.
• Offline Support: All Quip features work perfectly offline when on tablets and phones. Whether you're on an airplane or in an offline area, you can create new data, edit old data, or even send messages. When the network connection is back, the changes made are automatically synchronized. Even if multiple people simultaneously edit a data while offline, the changes will still be merged together.
• Shared folders : Shared folders allow users to easily share data with a group. Create folders for home cooking menus or organize a team project. Everyone in the shared folder can add data or contribute to existing data. Besides, users can also create sub folders in shared folders, which can be restricted to a smaller group.
• @mentions: Use @mentions to recommend someone or a data. You can use @mentions for both data and messages to create dynamic links to any Quip data or introduce any contact. Mentioning a person makes it easy for the application to identify someone in a data, such as when assigning a task. The @ symbol is also used to insert pictures and tables.
• Presence: Working together is easier when you know people online. You can see who is present in many places in Quip - even if they are using any folder or data. The contact list will also show who is online, what device they are using and what they were doing, and when the last offline contact.
• Read receipts: Read receipts appear at the end of each data stream. There is a simple way to see who has read the edits or messages you have created / sent. Users also have the ability to see who is reading the new update and when everyone updates, the text will change to ' Read by everyone '.
• Interactive checklist: One of the formatted list options is the checklist, which turns user data from a simple piece of paper into an interactive task list. Manage shopping lists for roommates, personal to-do lists or group task lists.
• Chat tab: While using Quip in the browser, the chat tab makes it easy to view and reply to messages no matter what data you're working on. When the message is sent from one of the data or streams, the chat card will appear at the bottom of the screen on the right. Users can reply right inside this chat card or click through to the data.
