Registration of e-commerce activities

The e-commerce management portal officially came into operation on July 1, 2013. Help businesses carry out the procedures for declaration, registration to provide e-commerce services and website credit rating services easily.

As a result, it saves a lot of time, as well as effort, limiting many violations.Subjects participating in the registration include:

• Traders, organizations or individuals that set up e-commerce websites for sales.
• Traders and organizations that set up websites providing e-commerce services.
• Traders and organizations rating e-commerce websites.
• State management agencies on e-commerce at central and local levels.

The main function of the service registration of e-commerce

• Register to open an account.
• Register e-commerce service website.
• Announcement of sales e-commerce website.
• Registration of e-commerce website rating
• Subscribe status notification records, registration.
• Manage and update information of notifications and registration.
• Send periodic reports on the operation of the website.
• Archive and publish a list of e-commerce websites that have implemented the notification and registration procedure.
• Archive and publish the list of traders and organizations rating e-commerce websites and lists of E-commerce websites that have been affixed with a credit symbol.
• Archive and publish a list of e-commerce websites that violate the provisions of law and E-commerce websites that are reflected on signs of law violations.

Steps to register e-commerce activities

Step 1: In the main interface, click the Register button in the upper right corner of the screen. Then, enter the full information according to the instructions, then click the Submit registration button .

 

Step 2: Within 3 days, you will receive feedback about your account registration from the Ministry of Industry and Trade via email:

• If valid will be granted an account to login.
• If not valid will be rejected or additional requests.

Step 3: After logging in, you must declare the profile by selecting 1 of the following 3 items:

• Website announcement.
• Register website.
• Sign up for credit rating. 

Step 4: Next, declare information detailed records. Select Add new subscription / Notification , then fill in the form. Select the Attachments section, upload the file and send the file.

Step 5: Wait for approval of documents:

• 3 days for notification records.
• 7 days for the service registration file.
• 15 days for applications for credit rating registration.

When the approval is completed, you will receive an email with the following content:

• Confirm registration / notification application has been E- approved .
• Notice of ineligibility is denied.
• Notice of incomplete or incorrect records must be returned to step 4 to be declared again or added as required.

Where to add: Go to Website Registration , select All students to register Website . Then, click on the Profile must be added , select Edit , then add information and download the file as required. Finally click the Submit profile button .

Step 6: Browse electronic records

• For applications Notice: No paper submission is required.
• For registration documents:Send a complete registration dossier (paper copy) to the Department of E-commerce and Information Technology - Ministry of Industry and Trade at 25 Ngo Quyen, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi to receive registration confirmation.

Step 7: Confirm the profile

• Website registration: Within 5 working days after receiving the paper copy will be confirmed registration.
• Registration for credit rating: Within 7 working days after receiving the complete paper document will be confirmed registration.
