A Ruler for Windows is a set of rulers in pixels for your computer. The program gives you a choice between a rich set of wooden ruler or button operation, a set of transparent plastic ruler. As you can see through the transparent ruler, you can type below it. Special modes 2x, 3x, and 4x allow you to take a screenshot of your home screen and magnify it so you can easily measure points close to each other.

The ruler can be flipped horizontally or vertically, resized to a certain length or stretched to get the desired length. You can click next to the checkmark to automatically draw in the correct position. The question mark button allows you to learn more about other features and functions.
