The interface of the program is quite nice and has 3 windows:

To create a new project, go to File> New Project Wizard , there are 2 options: Morph if you want to create a movie mix of two photos and Warp to create a movie from just one photo (without the blending) ). To change other parameters for Movie file, click Movie> Size to select the screen size (for DVD, PAL or NTSC VCD), Movie> Length to adjust the length of the movie.
