AMIS.TMS Mobile is the mobile version of Job Management Software in the integrated AMIS.VN Business Management System developed by MISA Joint Stock Company.

Main functions provided by AMIS.TMS Mobile:

1. Assignment:

• The system allows leaders to deliver jobs to employees
• Employees report the results of the work to the management right on the system
• The system automatically sends email notification when there is new information on the job
• Warnings for jobs that are past due.

2. Evaluation and reporting of work results:

• Management performs the evaluation of the work assigned to subordinates according to many criteria right on the system
• After the assessment, the manager can view statistical reports on employee performance
• Based on the statistics, the report managed by the program will make a decision about reward, change the position or add training courses to suit the actual needs of the business.
