AppTimer is a free utility that evaluates the time an application needs to launch. Users can specify the application they want to test. After configuration, AppTimer will open, time, and close the application automatically, it will record the application launch time into a test file. This utility can be used to compare the performance of different products on the same hardware, or to compare the performance of the same product on different hardware.
