After installation is complete, activate the program and follow these steps:

1. Choose photos :

- From the main interface of the program, click the Add Image button (the button with the plus sign) to select the individual image files to be included as cards or new year calendars. If you want to select multiple image files in a folder to put into your calendar, click the Add folder button (the button with a plus sign and a folder icon).

- All selected image files will display as thumbnails in the left column of Storyboard . You select any image file to see details in the right Preview pane. If you do not like the image file, you can press the Delete key to delete it.

2. Select a calendar template

- After selecting the image, press the Select template button in the left column. Here you will find a range of templates available with many topics to choose from such as: year calendars, month calendars . month after selection, if not satisfied with the model. By default, click the Edit template button. In the new window that opens, you can insert text, choose the background color, insert the page . After the customization is complete, click the Save button (floppy disk icon) to save.

If you are creative, you can also create a new template by clicking the New template button to perform.

3. Select calendar

Click the Customize calendar button in the left column to move to the step of selecting the calendar. At the Sart and end date of calendar box , the Start menu allows you to select the start date, month and year of the calendar. To create a new year calendar in 2011, select 1-1-2011, for End, choose 31-12-2011.

The Calendar language section allows you to select the language displayed on the calendar, here you can select Vietnamese to display Vietnamese, very standard on the calendar. In the Events and appointments section , click on the options to add events and appointments to your calendar.

4. Select the output format

After selecting the calendar options, click the Output format button. The right pane provides 5 output formats of the calendar. For ease of printing, you should choose the PDF format (Save photo calendar as PDF file) or image format (Save photo calendar as a sequence of image files), because with these formats, any print shop Any file can make you a good print, while in other formats, you have to install this program to view it.

5. Publish calendar

Depending on the format you have different calendar publishing options, here we choose to export the image format. After selecting, click the Create calendar button in the left column, in the Target directory box, click the button with a folder icon to name and select the folder to save the file after exporting, click the Output Settings button to select the file quality export, output image format, output file size . Finally, click the Start button to start the program to publish. The way to do it is the same with PDF file format.

After creating the calendar, you can open immediately to see the results, but please drill off the program, because if not satisfied, you can access the steps above and edit. If you're happy, just copy and bring it to the print shop to make a color print.
