You can synchronize your backup by organizing your files into groups in the way you want to back up. This depends on the following items: The amount of time you want to back up your groups for synchronization; target location; Backup type (eg backup complete or modified files only). Synchronization also has its own control.

A control log provides a way for you to track if your files are being backed up correctly. If there are any errors, it is coded in red, so you can quickly see them and read what caused it. There is an option to either override or add control logs. You can send the control logs to a file or your email. If you decide to choose an email, you can choose to send all or just the errors.
