ContaCam is security software, free live webcam for Windows. In other words, ContaCam turns your computer into a security monitoring tool that helps you control a specific space through your computer.

Basic camera setup in ContaCam

3 steps are needed to set up the camera:

• Step 1: Decide the purpose of use (security monitoring, taking photos from webcam, recording or taking manual pictures)
• Step 2: Enter the camera name, select the web interface and language (English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, German, Russian, Slovak, Czech, Dutch, Bulgarian, Polish and Vietnamese)
• Step 3: Choose the time to store files on your hard drive

Note: ContaCam 4.3.0 version has been removed from UDP network because ContaCam's proprietary transmission protocol is not compatible with any current standards (it can still stream video via web server).
