1. Create a new diagram:

3. Make a connection:

After you've created the objects and arranged them in the right position to design, you need to create the connection between the objects with each other by the form of strings. You choose the Home menu> select Insert > press the drop down button of the Shape s button, and then choose: Draw a Line Connector - draw straight links, Draw a Dynamic Connector - draw dynamic folding links, Draw a Curve Connector -drawing a curve. 4. Insert text into the object:

To insert text into objects, double-click on them and then use the tools: font, font size, font color, bold (Bold), italic (Italic), underline (Underline) , on the Text field to enter the text. Note, to enter Vietnamese text with accents without errors, you choose VNI font types corresponding to the encoding on the keyboard.

5. Save and print diagram:

The final task of the diagram design is to print the product to present to everyone about their design ideas.
