How to add a text to the scan:

When launching the application, the program will automatically set up a new document for you to scan document pages. Touch the shutter button in the camera screen or select a photo from the album to start scanning the first page.

If you want to create a new page of text, touch the '+' button at the top and start scanning as you like.

How to add a page to the text:

There are 2 ways: on the main screen, open a document and start scanning. Or on the text browsing screen, touch the text and touch the '+' button to start scanning images.

How to send a fax:

User needs a text to fax. Scan text or import a PDF / JPEG file via the 'Open In' function from another application or Safari browser.

Select a text and touch the export button to display the export menu. Select the Fax option to enter fax content and create an official fax. Touch the continue button, this will calculate the cost of sending your fax. Confirm the fax details and touch the continue button to pay for the fax as well as upload it.

After posting the fax content, you can check its status in settings> Fax.

Each status of sending faxes will be in the form of OK (with green), processing (in blue) or errors (in red).

When sending a faulty fax, you can touch the action button to open two options: touch the Resend button to resend without additional charge; touch the 'Credit back' button to get the error fax back and send another fax.

How to export a text to Email:

To send a document via email as an attachment, touch the icon in the upper right corner of the main screen to browse the entire document. Then select a text and press the export button.

How to move text from one folder to another:

There are 2 ways to move text between folders:

Move a document from a folder by opening the text on the Camera screen with the top right button and selecting any text. Then, touch the title panel in the upper center to see the text properties. Select the folder with '' 'icon, select / create a new folder. Select the save button to finish.

Move multiple documents into a folder by accessing the text browsing screen with the bottom left button (the folder with eye icons) on the camera screen. Select the edit button and select multiple texts. Select the (move) button in the toolbar below. Then choose a folder to move into.

How to convert multiple pages from one document into another:

Select the source text to display the entire page. Select the edit button, select one or more pages to move. Select the Move button to select the full text. Select a destination text and press the move button to finish.
