If you have a restaurant or restaurant to make, you'll have a hard time managing your guests' appointments. E-Restaurant software will be your effective assistant with many functions such as tracking booking times, people, seats .

In addition, this software also has some other functions to exploit such as drawing a restaurant chart for the customer to choose, printing the list to report to the manager . The limitation of the program is that there is no function meal statistics, so employees often have to use the Reservation Notes section to do this and notify the kitchen.

After installing this software, you as an administrator need to visualize your restaurant system to reset the information in the Administration> Restaurant Configuration menu.

By default, the program will leave Room as Restaurant and Meal as Lunch and Dinner. For example, if your restaurant serves all day, you should delete all the default room and meal (using the Delete Room and Delete Meal buttons) to set new information as follows:

In the e-Restaurant Configuration> Room window, click Add Room to create new An Sang, An trua and An toi. Next, click on Meals> Add Meal to add specific dishes for each room just created. With each dish you can set the time, the table, the number of people that can be served in the respective categories.

After completing the import of dishes, you will set access to this software for the tasked staff. Go to Administration> System Users> Add New User menu to enter a new account with limited privileges. Usually you should only set permissions for them to avoid losing your database. Each person entering this software should have a unique password, set by the Reser Password button (the default default password is nothing, just press Enter or Log in to enter).

Usually, when making a reservation, guests can confirm with certainty or not. At this point, you should set those states clearly for easy management. On the menu bar, go to Configuration> Reservation Status List. A small panel appears, you can edit the statuses in Vietnamese and other colors, for example, replace Confirm with Confirmation.

Then, as an employee, you do the main job of adding booking lists. When someone calls, on the toolbar, go to Reservation> New Reservation. If you are a regular customer, click on the Find to enter the name. The search function in this software is quite good because when you enter a letter, the whole list appears in the window below. The employee just needs to click on the corresponding name and select OK. The search settings are quite diverse such as by name field, company, address or city .; The contains section will return results for every word containing the keyword typed in wherever the keyword is located, the begins with category will return the word starting with the letter or the word typed .

If you are a new customer, click New and enter information in the Title box (including Mr, Ms, Mrs, Dr), enter the guest name in the Contact box and phone at Telephone or Mobile. If you need a note, click the Extra Details tab to enter information into the Reservation Notes. When done, click Save & Close. Return to the Reservation window, select the room, meal, date, time, number of people, table number, status for guests according to the preset of the manager. When done, click Save & Close.

Back to the main screen, you can view the reservation list with quite clear information about meal times, the number of people (Covers), the number of tables (Table), the status of confirmation, uncertainty, no come or cancel and the notes of each guest will appear when you hover the mouse over.

On this main window, the rooms are distributed horizontally. Just click on each room, you can track the number of guests making a reservation for each meal or all (all meals).
