Trimming a file has a lot of software already doing this. But cutting a folder is not easy, especially with large folders. Folder Ax 4.0 (FA) is the first tool in the world to do this. There are two mechanisms for folder shredding. One is to split the folder into subfolders with the number of files specified by you. The second is to split the folder into sub-folders of your specified capacity. With the second method, note that the capacity you specified must not be smaller than the number immediately following the blue text that the FA recommended. .
