Gmail Notifier Plus helps users check mail by schedule, many options or optimal solutions on Windows 7.

After downloading, you proceed to extract, then activate the file Gmail Notifier Plus.exe, select Yes for the request to confirm using the software (if any). When the main interface appears, click the + icon. Then enter the account name (Username) and password (Password) of the email to be managed. You can do this multiple times to add multiple email accounts, in which you have the right to select an account as the default primary account with the Default button.

Next, click Browse . in the Sound notification section, then point to the Ring.WAV file in the extracted folder just now to make the sound of new mail notification. Choose the time to check new mail in the box Check every . minute (s), so the default is a minute to check mail more continuously. Finished, click OK .

Immediately, the window of the Gmail Notifier program will be hidden, but an icon of it is still displayed under the taskbar. To start the application and can check your mail quickly, right-click on the program's letter icon, select Pin this program to taskbar .

Every time you start your computer, if you have a connection to Internett, right-click on the Gmail Notifier program icon under the taskbar, then select Check for new mail to allow the application to work, and check for new mail. Then there will be no need to frequently access the mailbox, because if there will be strange sounds will emit attention you immediately.
