Buildings in the game GoCity

There are 4 main types of houses in GoCity , including residential areas, factories, business areas and decorative homes, of which there are countless different residential buildings. Each type of home will serve certain purposes. Residential houses increase population size; Factories for producing goods such as wood, stone .; Traders to create money (without losing any cost). For example, the amount of money earned depends on how many products you have from the factory x price x amount of time; Decorating houses make your city more beautiful and have more benefits as the population grows.

Some buildings can be upgraded to level 4 while others cannot be upgraded. The construction time for buildings is also very different, from a few seconds to several hours. For example, the Brick Red Tower took 5 hours and 54 minutes to build, at a cost of 39 stones and 500xp.

Treasure chest

Sometimes chests will be created within your radius and they will be created more if you move around. The chest contains things like Buck money, buildings, decorations. They contain no money, no stone, no wood or no energy.

There are 4 types of chests: Wood, Diamond, Gold and Silver. Wooden chests have the least rewards but often appear; Diamond chests are much rarer but have a more valuable reward. You can only pick up decorative or residential buildings from chests, which do not contain commercial buildings or factories.

Energy

Energy is a very important part of growing a city. Players can get power from windmills (at the factory). At level 6, you have the opportunity to receive 2 windmills. Each unit can produce 2 energy in 3 minutes 30 seconds. At this rate, you can get 68 energy per hour, assuming both windmills produce continuous energy. However, it's difficult because every 3 and a half minutes you have to touch them to work again. Generally, when at level 6, the energy production is quite limited and does not penetrate the tower.

In-game currency

There are 2 currencies in GoCity, Coins and Bucks. Coins are soft, meaning they can be earned in various ways, such as in chests, from commercial buildings, or people (or vehicles) in the city often have a few coins on their heads. You can touch to receive.

People and vehicles (like police cars) walking or driving in the city, on your roads. They will appear automatically when the player arrives at that location. The number of people and vehicles depends on the size of your population.

Meanwhile, the Buck (or Bux) money needs to be exchanged for real money. It is mainly used to speed up production time, buy resources or buy coins.

Rates and energy

There are 9 main goods. The first two types you unlock are wood and stone. Players also receive machines to produce wood and stone. A small sawmill generates 4 logs in 5 minutes at a cost of 3 energy. Thus, an average door factory produces 10 timbers after 27 minutes and loses 6 energy. An average ice plant takes 35 minutes to create 13 stones and consume 8 energy. A small ice plant takes 10 minutes to create 6 stones and consumes 4 energy.

Control system of GoCity game

There are several controls on the game screen. At the bottom left there are 2 icons, one is a toolbox showing the buildings you are storing (not yet built), sorted into different categories. The second button is a mission board, which brings up 3 tasks that the player can do to receive a reward. Doing quests is a great way to get XP and Buck money (although very little). Players need to complete all 3 tasks in the list to receive rewards. They may require you to build roads, houses, decorate, grow population, produce wood, etc. You can also skip the task by using Buck.

At the bottom right there are 3 icons (sometimes there are 2). Touch the red location icon, it will display the view where you are standing in real life. In addition, players also see a position radius in which you can build roads, open chests . Do not worry if the circle of radius around you disappears. It's still there, it's just you can't see.

The player's character is always in the middle of the circle and moves on the map as the player moves. You can find a lot of chests when walking around in this mode (on average 5 minutes see 1 chest). At this point, GoCity is quite similar to catching Pokemon in the Pokemon GO game.

The second symbol is a globe. It will display a list of all the places you have built the road (and will then become cities). The display position is divided into areas and from here, players can touch any address you want to go. It will show the roads and buildings that the gamer has built. You can build houses, collect energy coins, resources . do everything but build new roads. Emma will give a menu of all the buildings that players can buy.

If you touch the coin or money symbol at the upper left, the bank will appear so you can buy or exchange money. The settings icon has a variety of settings for the game, including the option to contact game support.

Worker

Workers are the builders of buildings. You start with 3 workers and because of the small number of people you cannot build many houses at the same time. When you level up, you will have more workers. At level 5 you get a 4th builder.

Store

Everything in the store can be purchased with coins (no other currency). It has all kinds of houses for you to buy. However, players are restricted from buying a certain number of residential houses every day. If you buy large quantities of the same type of factory or decor, you have to wait 24 hours for the store to replenish the goods. GoCity play tips

• At the first levels, try to build buildings as close to each other as possible to use space effectively.
