GooReader

GooReader is an application that allows you to search, download and read books and magazines available on Google Books. GooReader provides a "sweet" interface for reading available books and public journals on Google Books. Instead of moving awkward pages in your browser, you can have fun reading books on your computer the same way you read a hardcover book or magazine cover. With natural mouse movement you can move through pages, zoom in and out, move to the necessary index.

In GooReader the search results are represented as books with 3D models. You can set the number of search results scale of bookshelves. The program can search for books online by author, title or keyword that can be used in its description or content. If you want to read or save a specific book, simply enter its Book_ID and open it in Gooreader.

GooReader allows you to highlight blocks of text or add notes to a page. GooReader will highlight where you stopped reading and close the book, but the ability to bookmark certain pages is not supported. Exporting books in PDF format is only available in the paid version. Google Book Downloader is also provided for free, so you can download and read it later.
