Limit the number of characters in the message:

The Hike service does not limit the number of characters when sending messages between Hike users. However, for Hike2SMS feature the message can only be up to 140 characters in length , otherwise it will be counted as multiple messages.

How to share files:

Hike Messenger users can share photos, videos or location information with each other. Just press the paper icon and select the file to share. You can send files saved on the device or external memory.Each file has a maximum capacity of 100 MB.

The older version of Hike only allows file sharing of image, audio and video formats, and the maximum size is only 15 MB. If you receive a file path, your current version of Hike does not support large file sharing. Group chat:

• Open the Hike application, there will be 3 buttons at the bottom of the screen, corresponding to group chat options, 1: 1 private messages and status updates on the timeline.Select group chat ( Group Chat ).

Sync contacts:

Hike will sync the list of Hike contacts with the phone book (including phone numbers stored on the device or Sim, not contacts on social networks or other chat services). So you don't need to enter your phone number or friend's name every time you open a new chat window.

However, when you sign up for Hike for the first time, if you do not allow Hike to synchronize your contacts with your phone contacts, you can proceed manually by visiting the phone settings and allowing Hike to phonebook.
