Homepage Maker will allow you to create a homepage with your own custom wallpaper, which contains a list of your own webpages, with your own title, font, colors, etc.

Want to have a search box show up on your homepage? Choose from Bing, Google and Yahoo and set it to display above or below web page thumbnails. This tool also allows you to preview the browser you want to find.
