Image Cut

Image Cut helps you cut images into small pieces, automatically generate code and arrange the order, then export into web format (HTML).

On the main interface of the program, go to File> New project . In the dialog box Open background image , browse to the image file to cut and click Open.

Next, click the icon from the toolbar on the left of the interface (or go to the menu Splitters> Vertical line creation mode ), click on the image to create vertical lines. Similarly, click the icon from the toolbar to the right of the interface (or go to the menu Splitters> Horizontal line creation mode ) to create cross paths.

If you want to quickly create gridlines (instead of having to manually make each horizontal and vertical lines), select the Add Grid tool, type the number of cross roads in the Horizontal cells frame and the number of vertical lines in the frame. Vertical cells follow the formula: [Number of cross-sections] = [Number of cross-sections] x [Number of vertical lines]. Finished, click OK .

To change the position of the cuts, click the icon and then drag and drop the cut line to the desired position. To delete a cut path, click the icon, select the cut path to delete, and then click the icon from the toolbar.

After cutting the image, click the Split button. The Split image dialog box appears listing the number of images that will be exported, corresponding to the number of cells you have cropped just now. You can rename each image file in Part file name, format image in Part file type, image storage folder in Output path, folder name containing image in Image subpath.

Note: You should not name images with accents, or contain spaces. If you need a divider, you should use an '_', so the image is displayed correctly.

You can also assign attributes to each image by selecting the image file name from the list and then marking the attribute to be assigned, including: Background (background image only), Blank (no image display), Link (create hyper link for photo).

By default, the program will automatically generate the HTML code corresponding to the image you have cropped, but you can still edit the code to your own liking by checking the Edit html code option beforehand. Done, click Save parts , edit the content of the code in the Generated html dialog box, then click Save edited to save.

Once completed, the program will automatically create a folder containing images, accompanied by an HTML file. You just need to run this file to see the result.
