The program has 2 main functions: Convert DVD and Convert File.

1. Convert DVD : Allows you to convert VCD, SVCD, DVD movie discs to video files to watch on iPod, PSP.

- Step 1 : Select the movie drive to be converted in the Source box or you can click the Browse Source button to specify it manually.

- Step 2 : In the Target box, click the Browse Target button to select the folder to save the video files to be exported.

- Step 3 : In the Copy as box, select the video file format to be exported and select the device in the next box.

- Step 4 : To convert all movie files in the disc, click Entire Disc . If you want to convert only a few files, then select Customize and check the box before the files need to be converted. To deselect all, press the Reset button.

- Step 5 : you need to configure before conversion. Click the Properties button, the Optional Settings dialog box will appear:

+ General tab: choose the color system (Output Video System), the folder containing temporary files (Temporary Path). If you select the Preview while transcoding check box , when in the conversion process, the program will simultaneously display the video file content for you to preview. However, you should not select this item as this will slow down the conversion speed.

+ MP4 Card: there are 6 preset profiles (profiles) for you to choose. For each profile, you can view the detailed parameters of the video file to be created.

- After installation is complete, press the OK button. Finally, just click the Start Copying button to start the conversion.

2. Convert File : help convert common video formats into video files viewable on iPod, PSP.

- Step 1 : choose the video files to convert (Source).

+ Video files on the Internet: the program allows you to download Internet video files to your computer and then convert. Click the Add Video from Internet button. In the new Add From Internet dialog box, click the Add Url button. In the Add URL dialog box, enter the link to the video file to download in the URL box. Choose where to save in the Save to section . If the website needs to log in, select Need Login, then enter the User Name and Password. Click OK . Then, please check the video file to download and click OK .

Back to the Add From Internet dialog box, click Add Url to continue adding video files to the download list. If done, click OK .

+ Video files located on the computer hard drive: press the Add video from local button and select the files to be converted.

- Step 2 : Select the directory where the video files will be created (Target).

- Step 3 : In the Copy as section, select the output video format and select the device type in the box beside.

- Step 4 : Click the Start Copying button to start conversion.
