KeyPass

To protect the files and important documents, set a password for them is considered the best solution. The more complex the password is, the more characters it has. However, there is a problem that arises: how do you store those passwords.Write them down in a manual? What if you lose them, all secrets will be 'revealed' all.

The solution for you is to use software called KeyPass 4.9.10, a software that manages your own passwords with high security.

In addition to the site protection feature, you can also 'trust' the program to create 'fears' for passwords that are 448-bit secure for you.

The way to use the program is also very simple and after a few times you will get used to it right away. The first time you start the program, KeyPass will ask you to enter an official password to be able to open other password accounts. This has many benefits: you don't need to remember all the set codes, just memorize an official password to open the program. In the program interface, in the Database section on the left of the window there are 4 options for you:

- Applications : password manager to open specific programs that you have set up.

- Bookmarks : manage the usernames and passwords you use to access websites, mailboxes, etc.

- Credit Cards : manage information and passwords for your Credit cards.

- Pin Numbers : manage your ATM card PIN information .

Depending on the purpose you choose File> New Entry to create encrypted accounts. With Password in the accounts, type the password in the Value box, tick Hide password value to encrypt the password in the form *. You can also click View> Generate to let the program 'suggest' the passwords, remember to uncheck the Hide password value check box so that the password can be read. For mail accounts and mailboxes, you can select Files (located in the Details dialog box), right-click and select Copy From to locate the program executable file in your computer (for example, Yahoo Mail file in Program File for the corresponding Yahoo mail account). In the future, you can right-click on the program in the system tray and activate mailbox login with the password information set.

Alternatively you can select Preferences to further set up as:

- Password Generation : select the characters and lengths that the program uses to create passwords for you.

- Auto backup: the feature to automatically back up the Keypass.dat files, which are files that store information about the passwords that you ask the program to manage.
