Instructions for using KFC Vietnam application

Step 1: Order Online

• Select language Vietnamese or English.

Step 2: Choose the menu

The screen will display 'POP - UP' for customers to select the area they want to order to choose their favorite dish.

Customers can use the '+' or '-' buttons to increase or decrease the amount of meals they want to order. If you want to order other meals, press the "Order More" button to choose more dishes, and click "Cancel" to unselect. Then, click the 'Order' button to place your order online.

Step 3: Fill out the purchase information

To review the list of selected portions, click on the 'Orders' tab. To change the number of servings you need to set use the '+' or '-' buttons to increase or decrease. If the number of dishes is 0, that portion will automatically disappear on the order.

After placing the order successfully, the customer will receive an order confirmation email from KFC, and the KFC operator will call to notify the order and confirm the delivery time.

Step 4: Look up the restaurant's location

Click on the 'Restaurant' button to start searching the locations of KFC Vietnam's stores. Then, select the City and County to search, then click on the 'Search' button. The system will display a list of KFC stores in the selected area.
