Lastbit SQL Password Recovery is a password recovery tool for MS SQL Server. It can recover passwords of SQL Server 2000, 2005, 2005, 2008 (all versions). Lost passwords will be restored or reset immediately.

Due to the nature of the security system used in MS SQL Server, you have two options when recovering lost passwords: 1. Users can restore the original password. MS SQL Server will encrypt passwords and they cannot be easily decoded, so this software will use the Brute Force Attack, Dictionary Attack and Smart Force Attack methods to recover the password. Although this method guarantees a password recovery, it is a bit time consuming; 2. User can reset password. This software will perform this process immediately by modifying the master.mdf file, where SQL Server stores the password. If you use this feature, you do not have to wait for the password process to be cracked, even though the old password will remain the same. It will change the password and you can continue working with this database as usual, using the new password to login. Users can use this software to recover or reset the password contained in the MS SQL Server user account file, including the password of the system administrator.
