Loader for Mac

Importing music, sound effects, graphics, or movies into Final Cut Pro is a job most editors have to do many times a day. To keep the media files in one place for a specific project, the traditional thing to do is to copy these media files to the media folder first, then import the copied files into Final Cut Pro. Loader can perform both processes automatically and also has some extra features. This program works in tandem with Final Cut Pro (automatically runs on and off) and appears on a small card on the left of the screen. When songs in iTunes or files / folders in Finder are dragged into this tab, they will be broken down into a list of projects currently in Final Cut Pro.

After dropping these items into designed projects, Loader copies them to the background of a previously assigned media folder. In addition, audio files that do not work well in Final Cut Pro (.caf, .m4a and mp3) will automatically be converted to a 16-bit 48kHz AIF file before importing. Not only that, Loader also has the ability to filter media files into sub folders based on the file extension. By default, these sub folders will automatically be created for audio, graphics, movie files and settings that can be changed at any time to suit some needs.
