The MailRecent Mail Plugin adds the "Copy to Recent," "Move to Recent," and "Go to Recent" menus to the Apple Mail app. These menus include automatic update lists of newly used mailboxes. The number of mailboxes kept in the list is determined by the "Number of Recent Items" setting in the Appearance panel of OS X System Preferences.
After installation, this mailbox will appear below:
The submenu "Copy to Recent" and "Move to Recent" under the "Messages" menu, and the "Go to Recent" submenu under the "Mailboxes" menu.
Just like when you use Mail's built-in menu "Move To" or "Copy To" to move a message to a mailbox, the mailbox will appear in the list. The newly used mailboxes will be arranged in an alphabetical format, just as OS X does with the new data used.
After the list contains mailboxes, you can copy or move a mailbox in the list by selecting one or more messages and selecting this mailbox from the sub-menu "Copy to Recent" or "Move to Recent" under the "Messages" menu.
