MailTags for Mac

With MailTags, you can add comments, expiration dates, projects and priority to notifications right in your email display window. You can then use these data as basic Spotlight searches, Smart Mailboxes, and Mail Rules.

You can create a Smart Mailbox to display all messages in a project with a due date of 3 days. In addition, MailTags can also be integrated with Mail Act-On, allowing you to mark notifications more simply by pressing the key or by settings for receiving emails. For example, you can create an Act-On command for the D key, which helps to follow the email's expiry date within 5 days.
