New in the Contest is a completely new type of Solo Event, players will receive bonus points for defeating opponents in battle! Vanquishing Blow challenges Summoners to defeat their opponents in specific ways like using Bleed damage, Level 3 Special Attack and various requirements to get points and rewards, including Valor! UI improvements: Energy updates and currency display

Click on your energy display or resources at the top of the screen to display and quickly review all your available energies (Events, Alliance Wars, Alliance Quest) and units. currency (unit, glory, loyalty, battle chips, Valor).

The Strategy menu found on the left of the screen in Quest Maps will default to Open at the top of each map and will close until reopened.

Fixes:

• Adjust the power reserve buff in Act 5, Chapter 3 to reduce frustrating interaction with Magik and Cable's Capabilities.
• Fixed an issue where Mephisto's Synergy with Morningstar would not display correctly in a character's Synergy screen.

• Fixed an issue where Howard Duck's Thunderdack was not lost when a Stun Debuff was applied.
• Fixed an issue that caused the True Strike buff nodes to not negate all Evade types.
• Fixed an issue that caused Debilitate buffs not to apply to all types of Debuffs.
• Fixed an issue that caused Inequity management to not apply to all types of Debuffs.
• Updated Willpower Mastery to interact with some of the recently introduced Debuffs that previously did not activate Willpower.

How to play MARVEL Contest of Champions on iPhone / iPad

Crystal Shard Rewards:

Crystal Shard (crystal piece) is a new item in the form of a reward , given to the player who wins matches against opponents with more crystals. The crystal pieces will help you gradually perfect the desired crystal and unlock new characters.

There are 4 types of crystal pieces to collect and recreate 4 different types of heroes , which are Premium Hero Crystals, 3-Star Hero Crystals, 4-Star Hero Crystals and 5-Star Hero Crystals. You can earn crystal pieces through in-game events, watching promotional videos or when selling duplicate characters.

Signature Stone:

The Signature Stone allows the player to level up the newly awakened champion's main ability. The stone is divided into layers and layers, similar to upgraded items. These 2 must match the character you want to use with. Based on the color of the stone, the player can determine if it suits the character class or not.

How to upgrade a hero:

There are two ways to level up a character: using ISO-8 or using Catalyst. Note that using specific types of ISO or Catalyst will bring different benefits for MARVEL Contest of Champions players.

To promote a character, you first need to maximize the character's level in a given rank. Use Catalyst corresponding to the character class, such as the skill Catalyst will be used for the skill character type.

System of auxiliary items:

Add-ons have a temporary effect on the character's strength, attack, and experience points (see on Profile). You can earn support from Crystal and in event rewards.

After using the add-in, the player will see the effect and the remaining duration of the add-in in the profile. Add-ons that are active will appear in the Active Boost section. Can use multiple modifiers at the same time to strengthen the hero in tough battles.

Special attack type:

Each character in the MARVEL Contest of Champions will have its own special attack type, depending on the rank and class of the character. The fighting style will also be reloaded throughout the duration of the attack and shown by the color of the energy bar - green for the first charge, yellow for the second, red for the third and the last charge.

The higher the level of special attack, the greater the motion effect. Whenever activating the attack mode, the character will perform the most optimal type of movement. However, you cannot recharge 3 times and activate an attack level in each battle.

Own 5 star warriors:

From MARVEL Contest of Champions 5.0 and above, players will have access to 5-star warriors with the highest ability index in the special attack system.

When you earn enough 5-star crystal pieces, you can create a 5-star hero crystal and unlock this valuable character class. When the character uses a special attack will create a fairly unique mini-game.

PvP fighting battles:

Players of the MARVEL Contest of Champions can invite any player to a fighting tournament, including friends and alliance members. However, this is not a real-time battle with real players, it is a type of fight between you and AI.

How to join the league battle:

When the MARVEL Contest of Champions account reaches level 17, you can join the alliance to fight against other mysterious forces. Each group will have a maximum of 10 players, so talk specifically with your allies to pick the best 10 because you cannot change forces during the mission.
