Vinaphone's MEG mobile switchboard service allows businesses to create their own call center system, with the lowest cost but highest efficiency. MEG service operates stably, without being congested due to the use of Vinaphone's mobile infrastructure.

To set up a network of mobile operator, you only need to register for Vinaphone's mobile switchboard service, select a VinaPhone mobile phone number as the main switchboard. After that, you can use your own phone number (on or off VinaPhone network) to register extension numbers.

When using MEG service, businesses can connect up to 256 members simultaneously to the conference. At the same time, with the internal phone list, businesses are integrated and synchronized on each employee's MEG application, making it easier to look up and contact. Even the list of incoming phone numbers is also set up to create busy alarms or help businesses localize and find solutions.

Note: Enterprises when registering procedures can select the extension numbers for each individual on the principle of not starting with the numbers 0, 7, 8, 9 and a maximum length of 3 digits. The phone number 100 is specified by default as the reception number.
