Mikogo 3.0.2 (MKG) is free software, suitable for all operating systems, but its superior features make us astonished. MKG can replace a wide range of software in the field of television, desktop sharing, file transfer and remote control. Therefore, MKG is suitable for remote configuration, editing as well as troubleshooting for colleagues anywhere. Your webinars can take place anytime, anywhere because MKG supports up to 10 connections at the same time.

Step 1: Connect to the above address, then record the file and install. After installing MKG, there will be an M in the taskbar on the bottom right of the screen.

Step 2 : Create a new account on MKG Right-click the program's icon> Select Create account . > Enter First Name, Last Name, Email Address > Continue > Check email to get the login password.

Step 3: Start the seminar At the 'Control Center' (temporarily called on the 'Teacher' machine), we right click on the icon of MKG> Start Meeting > A new connection window appears. , MKG will 'give key' to 'Teacher' by displaying random Meeting ID numbers. The teacher records this ID and informs the student. At the student's 'Client', we right click on the icon of MKG> Join Meeting > Enter the ID above to start the conversation.

When a student enters, the MKG will turn red.
+ Allow certain students Remote me: Remote control > Select the nick of the student that you want to share the screen.
+ Control student screen: Switch Presenter > Select nick of some student. (This feature will be hidden when no students join the conversation.)

File transfer

In terms of time, MKG only allows each seminar to last for 15 minutes, every 5 minutes, MKG will have notice of the remaining time. The last close will be a minute's notice and the last time will be the Expired notification when your conversation time is up. The MKG icon will automatically change to black rather than yellow as the conversation progresses.

About transferring and receiving files: This is just a supplementary feature, we should not care much. For the purpose of transferring and receiving files, we have many other simpler ways such as using FTP, uploading to RapidShare, Megaupload.
