MovieBrowser HD for Tablet is a movie management application for your Android tablet.

MovieBrowser HD is a movie manager used with your favorite media player on tablet.

MovieBrowser HD supports managing videos anywhere on your internet (Samba & UPnP / DLNA in the paid version) and watch movies with your favorite browser on your device or use the unique Play - To feature ( Android Air Play).

This app is designed for tablets running Android 3.0 or higher but also supports Google TV Honeycomb and high-end ICS phones.

Note: The paid version adds UPnP / DLNA and Samba networks in combination with widgets.

How to use MovieBrowser HD:

• Browse local and extended folders to set your movie location (only on SD memory cards, check paid versions that support UPnP and Samba)
• Movies automatically identified (genre, plot, director, movie poster, rating)
• The show is formatted if the name convention is valid (the file name must contain time and file number S ## E ## or ## x ##)
• Combine with your favorite video player (you need a media player that supports purpose and http http / network playback, e.g. MX Video Player, Mobo Player, yx player .)
• Click and hold on the video to share or update details
• Watch the movie trailer from YouTube
• Organize your movie collection by genre, rating, or genre
• Use the special Play - To feature to play videos on your radio (remote control widgets are supported on the paid version)

What is the Play - To feature?

This is a form of Air Play for Android. This feature allows control of Digital Media Player (DMP) via the UPnP remote control protocol.

Feature coming soon:

• Improve the ability to scan TV shows (another name convention and manual identifier)
• Search to pair with subtitles

Support:

• On Google TV UPnP does not work when the box is connected via network cable. Use a WiFi wireless connection or access the movie library via Samba
• Mezzmo and Serviio servers are not recognized as UPnP servers, but users can play network files using Samba browser.
• READ_LOGS: if the user needs support, please use the Contact button in the app and send the developer the log file along with a detailed description of the problem you encounter.
