After installation, double-click the MP3Fitness icon on the desktop to open the program's main interface.

Here, click the Add button on the toolbar, navigate to the folder containing the music and select the MP3 files you want to reduce the size. Next, click on the Output Quality icon below and select the sound quality for the destination MP3 files in the pop-up menu. The program offers 6 different parameters to choose from (in units of Kbps or Kbit / s frequency) and the lower the frequency, the smaller the size of the generated MP3 file will be.

128Kbps - CD Quality : equivalent to the file quality on Audio CD (the size of the generated file will be equivalent to the original file).

112Kbps - Near CD Quality : Close to the file quality of Audio CD.

96Kpbs - FM Radio Quality : Equivalent to the quality of the FM radio channel (or MP3 Pro format).

64Kpbs - Tape Quality : Equivalent to magnetic tape quality.

32Kpbs - AM Radio Quality : Equivalent to the quality of AM radio channels.

Next, click on the icon and choose the effect for the music is Stereo or Mono. Finally, click the Select Output Path icon and select the folder containing the generated MP3 files.

After setting the parameters, click the Encode icon on the toolbar and wait for a while for the program to process. Time to encrypt a file is quite fast (only from a few seconds to a few dozen seconds). When you're done, look in the C.Rate column to see how many percent the size of the resulting MP3 file has dropped compared to the size of the original file.
