My Scans for Android is a free, powerful and effective document scanning software that helps users capture and convert images to PDF documents for convenient archiving and editing.

The operation of using My Scans is quite simple. First, press the + button on the top left of the screen to add new documents . Meanwhile, My Scans will offer the following 3 options: Take Photo , Document or Folder . Corresponding to each of those options, My Scans will allow users to take photos of new documents , add new text files or add new data from local folders .

In case you want to store documents in invoices, contracts, business cards, memory cards and other data quickly, users can choose to take photos. You will then click on the Take Photo option and take a picture via the camera on the device. If you're satisfied with the image you just taken, you can press the Use photo button to use that photo.

My Scans will then display a frame with flexible custom angles . The user will move these corners to align the text to be scanned . After finishing the alignment, users press the Done button to save the last photo frame and move to the next step. Note, after this step, your recently taken photos will be automatically converted to PDF document format.

In the next step, users will be supported a few options for text editing. If you select Document in the first step, you will also be transferred to this operation.

Here, users can swipe right / left to view different document pages, can use two or more fingers to enlarge / reduce the document page. If you want to edit documents, users need to click the Edit button in the top right corner to switch to the editing mode.

In this window, users can add new document pages or delete an existing page in the document, can rotate, or rearrange the order of document pages.

In addition, in this editing mode, whether it is a photo or a document, My Scans supports the following filters: Original (preserves the original image), Lighten (lightens the text color), Auto-tone (automatic color correction of text), B&W (black and white documents) and Grayscale (single color documents).

After processing the documents at will, users can click save documents to the library on the computer ( Library ), can email documents to friends ( Email ), colleagues, can print documents ( Print it ) or even save the document to other programs ( Open PDF print ).

Besides the aforementioned scanning options, My Scans also supports several other tools for managing and organizing documents. For example, users can choose Folder and create new folders on the computer. Here, you can share, copy, delete or even merge text. At the same time, My Scans also allows renaming the available folders on the machine.
