FileLink

FileLink allows you to email a link instead of large files. The recipient clicks the link to download the file from your secure backup. An Outlook plug-in will create FileLink while you compose an email.

FolderLink

FolderLink allows you to provide access to the entire file folder on your SecureBox. FolderLink takes recipients to a website where they can view and upload files if desired. FolderLink is easy to use and can replace more complex services like FTP.

Access control

Sharing files with your extended network including customers and partners requires even greater security over shared files. FileLink and FolderLink include the following options: password-protected links, limits on the number of allowed file downloads, and expiration dates when those links are no longer available.

Track file download

The process of sending data sometimes remains a mystery when you are not clear whether others are viewing the file you share with them. Both FileLink and FolderLink allow you to receive emails whenever the recipient downloads the shared file.

Automatic synchronization
