You often use the Microsoft Office suite for office work. With a fairly large amount of data, you will be in trouble if a failure or damage occurs. Data backup

From the main interface, in the Choose backup file type dialog box (Step 1), select an Office format that the program supports for automatic backup, including: Word (* .doc), Excel (* .xls), PowerPoint (* .ppt), Text (* .txt) and Outlook (* .pst). Next, click the Add Source Folder button and select the folder containing the documents. Repeat this operation repeatedly if you want to back up multiple folders containing documents in different places. The list of folders will be shown in the Source Folder (support subfolders) table.

Then press the Select Backup Folder button (Step 2) and then select a location on the device to save the backup data to. At Step 3, you can select No Schedule (without automatic scheduling) and immediately click the Backup Now! to start backing up right away. You can click the option Every hour (automatic backup every hour) or Every day (daily), then select a date to start in the Start date box, select the activation time stamp in the Start time box located next to . For Every week (automatically back up weekly), you need to select the date to be backed up in the week in the Start date box and backup time in the Start time box. After setting everything, click Appy Schedule button to save the information.

Data recovery

You can go straight to the location where the backup set up to get the documents you are looking for. The document is saved in folders with complete information about the backup, such as day, month, year, hour, minute, second. Also inside will automatically create folders corresponding to each format such as DOC, XLS, PPT . If retrieving backup data is too difficult because the number of backup documents is very large, please activate the program then click the Restore tools button to use the restore tool. There are 2 options to help you recover documents automatically:

Method 1: Dialog way 1. Select a document format to be restored in the Restore by selected file type and backup date dialog box, then select a folder containing the backup date information in the Choose Backup Date option . Finally, click the Restore files as that day button then confirm whether the recovery is approved or not. If there are still no errors, the program will automatically return to the original location for all backed up documents.

Method 2: dialog box way 2. You can use the search algorithm to 'quickly' scan the document you are looking for. Enter the name of the search suggestion in the File name contains dialog box, select the format to search in the File Type option, shorten the search results to get more accurate results by selecting Query by Date , then select Backup start date and end date (if remember). Finally click Query to export all search results, in the list showing double-clicking on the document to see immediately the contents inside, observe the root directory that once contained this document in the File Path column, where Contains backup documents in the Backup Path column and backup dates in the Backup Time column. When you have selected the right document, click the Restore selected file in list button to restore.
