Once the file is downloaded, you will follow the steps required by the software (mostly click Next) to complete the installation. OtsTurntables has a user-friendly interface, though it looks a bit classic and the graphics are not very attractive. However, it is only about the graphics, not affecting the features that this software brings.

The main interface of OtsTurntables includes 2 turntables and 1 mixer in the middle. At each turntable, players can choose effects such as Brake effect on stop (brake effect when stopping the turntable) or record the current Scratch into a sample Scratch file.

This list of Scratch files can be found in the icon to the right of the interface. When you hover over the icon, you will see icons displaying the name (Because the old interface makes the icons a little hard to see). With each Scratch, the player can change the name, artist, copyright and description for that Scratch .

To download new songs to the turntable, select in the Open on the left. There are options for downloading music such as folders, files, playlists or from CDs. The software also has a few operations with playlists such as Clear, Reset, Save and some other actions in Actions. Once the music has been added to the playlist, just drag it to the turntable to start playing.

At each turntable, music players can adjust Pitch, Tempo and Dir along with the Play / Pause tracks. There is also a Fade button, which makes the music smaller before starting a new track (if you choose Auto DJ mode in the middle of the interface).

In addition to the turntables and mixer, OtsTurntables also owns 3 regulators including Power Amplifier, Graphic Equalizer and Dynamic Processor. These tools are all found at the top of the interface. Each tool allows users to change a lot of parameters. Graphic Equalizer adjusts left and right channel EQ . Dynamic Processor allows customizing parameters for 6 modes of Lounge, DJ, Party, Offi c e or Radio. Power Amplifier is the choice of output parameters for files such as format, number of bits .

In addition, the software also has extremely detailed user guide files right in the interface. When clicking on the book icon (above the icon of Scratch Samples), OtsTurntables will open the instruction file in CHM format. Here, the software will give extremely detailed steps and manuals.
