P2P Volp - Phone system for internal communication

Today, most companies and offices, small or large, have intranet (LAN) connections. In addition, each company also needs a telephone exchange system for internal communication.

Step 2 . Install and launch the program. The edit selection window will automatically appear. You enter the 'nickname' representing your phone number. Then tick the 'To Start in Tray' button to hide the program in the system tray at startup.

Step 3 . You choose the recording device is the system microphone or another sound card. Similarly, you also choose the sound card used to play the recorded voice to the speaker.

Step 4 . To make sure you can hear the voice through that sound card, click the 'Start' button under 'Testing Sound Device' and turn on the speaker or attach a headset to check it. If all goes well, click 'Close' to close the configuration window.

Step 5 . In the main window of the program, click on the 'Edit Contact List' button to start entering the list of 'internal phone numbers' in your office.

Step 6 . Alternately add to the list by entering each person's computer's IP address in the 'User IP Address' field and their username in the 'Username' field and entering it with the 'Add' button. Similarly, you can right-click on any address, select 'Edit Contact List and delete that address with the' Erase 'button or rename an item with the' Rename 'button in this window. This process must be done on one computer at a time.

Step 7 . Now, whenever you want to make a phone call to talk to someone in the office, you don't need to remember the number anymore, just right-click on the name remembers entered, and select 'Call'. You can also click an item in the list and click the 'Call' button at the bottom of the main window.

Step 8 . The call will start, at the receiving computer there will be a phone ring. If you do not want to wait for the call to answer, you can click the 'Reject' icon to cut.

Step 9 . In case someone calls you, the program window will automatically pop up, if you have previously configured the program to hide in the system tray. You can see the caller name at the top, the duration of the call in the 'Durations' section in the middle of the window and the bottom of course are two 'Call' buttons to answer that call, or 'Reject'. to deny.

Step 10 . Adjust the volume for listening, or talk through or the volume button shaped the speaker and microphone to suit the conversation in the office.
