You have a fairly long Pdf file and immediately you need to print just a few pages of the total number of pages in that file, because the file is quite large so you have to spend a lot of time storing it while you just need a few pages in it, or you have a lot of Pdf files and want to join them into one for storage and management, all of which can be easily done with a few simple steps. with a lightweight software called PDF Split-Merge.

VeryPDF PDF Split-Merge is designed to cut or merge PDF files when your computer does not have any Adobe products installed. With PDF Split and Merge, users instead of having to install heavy and complex Adobe software, can split PDF files or merge PDF without losing the original link or format of the template.

VeryPDF PDF Split-Merge offers 2 versions depending on the needs of the user: the PDF Split-Merge and the PDF Split-Merge SDK.

After completing the steps to install the software normally, you run the program that will provide you with two tabs Split PDF files / Extract pages and Merge PDF files

If you want to get a few pages out of all the pages in a PDF file, go to the Split PDF files / Extract pages tab and do the following:

In the Source PDF files section you enter the address of the Pdf files that need to be 'cropped'.

Then you go down to the Options section in this there will be two options for you to choose including:

  • Split the document into single pages: allows you to only want to retrieve each Pdf page and each of those pages corresponds to a file when you click this option.
  • Specify pages: allows you to take any page that you want that page into a separate file, for example if you only want to get page 4 to print, press number 4 to finish, and if you want to get page number 4,5,10 . to print you click 4,5,10 (note: must have a comma before a number)

Next, go to the Output directory and enter the path to save the 'cropped' files. And finally, click the Run option to perform the steps.

If you want to merge Pdf files into a single Pdf file, continue to click on the second tab Merge PDF files, please do as follows:

First, click the Add option and then select the Pdf files to be joined, they will be listed in all in the Files name section, now if the pages are in the same order as the program has arranged you. You can join them immediately, but if you want the pages to be joined in the order you specify then you number them when you click on Pages , next you enter The address needs to be saved to Pdf files in Output files and finally click on Run to perform the above steps.
