To do this, you need to create shutdown, restart and hibernate shortcuts. No annoying and time consuming, PowerLink tool will automatically help you do this.

The program will automatically place 3 icons on the screen for shutdown, restart and hibernate options. You can perform actions by quickly accessing the corresponding shortcuts on the screen.

If you don't like installing anything, you can do this manually.

To create a shutdown icon, right click on the screen, continue to select New - Shortcut from the Menu bar.

Next, enter "shutdown.exe -s" and click Next .

Next, enter an arbitrary name for the shortcut you are about to create. Click Finish and a new icon will appear on your desktop.

Other types of options:
shutdown.exe -s Shut down the computer for 30 seconds and close all programs with questions for users if there are programs that need to be saved.

shutdown.exe -r Restart the computer for 30 seconds.

shutdown.exe -l Logoff the computer to the welcome screen and you will have to log in again.

shutdown.exe -s -t 7 Shut down the computer within 7 seconds. "-t 7" is the timeout parameter. (7 seconds in this case, you can change it as you like.)

shutdown.exe -s -t 15 -c "Goodbye" The computer will shut down after 15 seconds with the message "Goodbye".
