priPrinter - Manage and print documents

priPrinter 4.5.0.1344 gives you a 3D print preview just like when you print it on paper, and offers many options to save ink when printing.

Once installed, PriPrinter will automatically integrate a virtual printer into the Print function of Windows. To transfer the content of the file to print into PriPrinter, simply open the file to print using the commonly used application, then select the Print function and select the printer name as priPrinter. Finished, press the OK button to export the content of the file into .priPrinter format.

For example, in Word, go to File> Print , select priPrinter in the Name box and click OK .

Once the file has been successfully exported, priPrinter will automatically start and display the file to print. On the main interface of the program, you can change the view of printed page content more visually by opening the View> 3D tab. At this point, the printed pages will show up as 3D documents, exactly the same as when you printed them out on paper.

In addition, at the View tab, you can find many other forms of print view, such as: Single Page (view each page), Continuous (arrange pages printed from top to bottom), Facing (arrange each row of four print page), Facing Contimuous (currently four rows of pages printed from top to bottom). With Single Page and Facing, you click the arrow icon to the left (corresponding to the previous page) and the arrow to the right (corresponding to the following page) at the bottom of the interface to turn the page. With Continuous and Facing Continuous , you just need to hold and drag the mouse up and down to view all printed pages.

While reviewing the printed page, if you find any content errors, you can edit it directly from priPrinter without having to reopen the original file. Very simple, you open the card Insert> Select> Select Text , click on the text to edit and type again.

To move the content on the printed page, you open the card Insert> Select> Select Pages , then drag and drop content to any position on the printed page.

priPrinter gives you some nice pre-printed templates to choose from for your printed document from Page Layout> Themes tab . Want to see more other models, select Browse for Theme , browse to the C: Documents and Settings folder

By default, the program always leaves a reasonable space for bookbinding, depending on the print pattern, the placement of the spine may vary. To know the exact location of the spine, open the Page Layout> Gutters> Show Gutters On / Off tab. Besides, priPrinter integrates a number of useful tools to help save ink when printing. On the main interface, open the Effectso tab and select the tools below, including: Page color (the color of the printed page, should choose No color), Page Borders (the printed page border, should not be selected), Grayscale (switch to full the page content is printed in black and white, so choose if you do not want to print in color), Remove Graphics (do not print images), Black Text (convert the whole text into black, suitable for black and white prints).

Done, click the Print Now button to print the paper.

In addition to printing on paper, the program also has built-in tool to export printed page content into PDF format, suitable for making e-books. On the main interface, you open the PDF card, select the resolution at Reduce to , select image quality in JPEG , put the title in Title and content of the subject in Subject .

If you want to set a password for the PDF file, click More PDF Document options , open the Security tab, check the Enable password protection option , type the password to set in two empty boxes, and click OK .

Return to the PDF tab, select Protect Document> Restricted Access . Done, click Save As PDF File , give a name (File name) and a folder to save the PDF file after export, and then click Save to finish.
