- To proceed with the data lock on USB, click on the Encrypt File tab, select Import and navigate to the file or folder to be encrypted on your USB. Click on Delete selected file (s) when copy to USB disk to let the program automatically delete the files that you have selected after being encrypted (so your hidden data will be safer). Finally click Add to finish. From now on that data will be hidden to a secret place on your USB drive, and can only be opened to view and work with the two passwords that you have set before.

- To work with the hidden files, you must first activate the program by inserting a USB drive into the computer, then finding the Usbguard.exe file on the USB drive and running the program.

- To run the program, you must enter the password to open the program. The main interface of the program will appear and the file will appear for you to see. But now they are still encrypted and you can not work with them. Click on the file you want to decode, then click on the Export option, confirm the path to where the file is saved after being decoded, click the OK button, the program will ask for a password to decode, you enter them and click OK to finish.
- To delete an encrypted file, you just need to click on it and select Delete .To remove the Remora USB File Guard program, simply delete the usbguard.exe file and the Remora USB File Guard folder.However, before doing that, you need to decrypt all your important files, otherwise it will be lost!
