How to record video

First, you need to highlight the screen area to record as a video, and then you can start, stop or pause the recording.

Note: In most cases, you do not need to record the entire screen to get the best video quality. Most video sources play no more than 640x480 pixels, and then expand the video to fit the full screen. This means that you can record 100% (rather than 200% or full screen) and achieve high quality. In addition, recording from a smaller video frame ensures that Replay Video Capture uses less CPU power, creates a smaller file while significantly reducing frame fractions and incomplete recordings. correction.

A simple rule of thumb is to select a recording window no larger than hơn of the screen area. If you are recording a large window placed inside the browser, you can use the ZOOM (Ctrl -) function to reduce the size of the browser and the recording area.

Start recording

To start recording, press the Record button. Your selected area will be recorded as a video. When recording, the Record button will turn into a Stop button, and Play turns into Pause .

Note that the Replay Video Capture home screen will hide when recording even when the main screen image overlaps the recording area. To change this, open Settings and uncheck the Set Top Window box. However, this is not recommended when using automatic identification mode.
