Error not sending group messages on iOS 7:

Please restart the individual device and make sure you have installed iOS 7.0.3 or above.

In addition, the ability to send text messages to large groups requires turning off: multimedia and MMS messages (if available) in the settings of the message.

Some service providers require that iMessage is turned off, which you can turn back on after sending a message.

Forward Email in groups:

The email client cannot integrate with Simpler group information transmission. Therefore, users can only send new messages with the application to any group.

Total number of contacts allowed to send group messages:

There is no limit to the number of contacts in the group. However, sending group messages to more than 100 contacts in a group will slow down the device's performance.

In addition, sending text messages into large groups requires turning off: multimedia messages and group messages (if any) in the settings of the message.

Some service providers require that iMessage is turned off, which you can turn back on after sending a message.

How to sync groups between iPhone and iPad:

• To sync groups between devices, users need to save groups to their iCloud account.
• Touch the group tab, then select edit and the corresponding group.
• Then change the account to an iCloud account.
• Note that all contacts in the group must be saved in the iCloud account.

How to hide your contact list so people can't see who receives the message:

How to add attachments to a group email:

• To attach a file to the Email group, select the group tab, select the optional group and select the email icon.
• Then select the attachment icon at the bottom of the screen, allowing the addition of photos or images to the message.

How to change the default Email account:

To select the default email account, please open the general application settings> select mail, contacts, e-calendar and then configure the default account. In addition, when sending a new mail, you can also change your account to send Email from the new compose screen.

How to recover contacts:

• Users can recover contacts easily via backup card.
• Then touch the previous backup button and select the related backup.
• The application allows to restore all contacts in the backup section or touch the preview button and then select each contact to restore manually.

How to export contacts:

• Users can easily export contacts to personal mailboxes.
• First select the backup tab, then select the backup first and select the backup you want to export.

Mix contacts:

Many users encounter errors after mixing multiple contacts, which reappear in the phone book. This error usually occurs when using cloud storage services like iCloud or Exchange. These services often re-create contacts and you make a general change. Please disable this feature and restart the service through the general settings in the email, contacts and calendar. Then merge contacts to complete.
