SC main screen has a simple interface of a calendar on a white paper background. Select the year and month (top right corner) and then proceed to the next section is to select the layout (layout) of the calendar. Go to File / Open Template menu to open SC's layout library, click on the layout you like and suit the purpose of your calendar (monthly or yearly calendar).

But before clicking on the layout type, notice the two small check boxes at the bottom of the dialog box: the upper box is used to confirm whether you want to keep the selected image for the layout you are working on. No, the box next to confirm that you want to keep the font style, font size and font color that you are working with.

Select the Fonts / Select fonts menu, the font selection window will appear with six headings and there will be six sub-categories for each to allow you to choose and mix. Discover for yourself by choosing colors and fonts, font sizes . to see how your calendar changes spectacularly.

In addition, in the subheadings of each main heading, the color picker will open for you a window with countless fresh colors and the item at the end of the range is a confirmation that you use the settings in the topic. The item is the default parameter or not (not to be selected again when making a new calendar or changing the layout type).

Return to the main screen to add images to the calendar more vivid. Choose menu Pictures / Image properties , a window will appear but there are no images on it yet. Use the Select button to search for your favorite image file and then import (import) into our workspace, note: You should choose a high resolution image (over 150 dpi) for that. badly needed for later printing.

In the Caption , type text to enter a caption for the image. In addition to selecting the image shown above, you can drag and drop the image directly into the calendar space. You should be careful to avoid making calendar content beyond the print border. SC will warn at printing if this happens and the best way to save it is to restore to the original state by going to the File / Open Template menu or right-clicking the elements and using the its optional. If you have selected the image you like, click OK to step into printing and publishing your calendar.
You can put a greeting or an introduction about yourself, the company . or anything you like on your calendar with the function Promotion (menu Promotion).

To print, select the File / Print setup menu, set the printer and paper size, if you prefer to print the calendar horizontally of the paper size, check the Landscape box -> select the File / Print menu or press Ctrl + To print, select the month to print if you are making a monthly calendar or do not need to select anything if the calendar is the year, specifying the number of prints. Click OK to start printing and steaming you have a hot calendar right in your hand!

In order to make the calendar more beautiful and more professional in printing, I encourage you to use the Export function to export SC's image files (supports exporting to HTML, JPG, PDF, TIF, BMP) . You choose the export format when you access the Export menu and then copy the image file to a disk, and print it out at digital photo shops. Unfortunately, SC only supports low resolution and thumbnail sizes, so you can only make pocket calendars when printing in this format.
